BACKGROUND

For over two decades I’ve worked in various areas of the audio and video industry. From recording studios, to live productions, to post-production and VJ performances, I've gained a wide array of skills. Fifteen years of VJ performances at festivals, theaters, museums, pop-up events and more have taught me what truly moves a crowd and how to light welcoming spaces to help foster memorable moments.

My work exists where music, motion, and lighting converge. I seek collaborations and contributions to help make immersive experiences for the masses. Surround soundscapes,  with immersive projections with some LED art, is where you'll find me. It's where my creativity shines brightest.

When I VJ, the goal is to complement the sound with light, creating something you can not only see... but feel. I've performed at festivals, concert venues, art houses, exhibitions, Burning Man and more. I’m drawn to spaces where community forms around a shared sensory experience (usually music), where light and sound dissolve boundaries between the performer and the audience.

Where does my interest in the future lie? I'm leaning into the world of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to create spaces that exist in the real world yet also have a component of digital immersion. 360 degree video and surround sound are crucial components of where I believe tech is headed.

Designing and building custom LED light sculptures for stage design (or for defining mood in a space) is something I've been into for some years now. I'm refining my skills on the laser cutter and other shop machines to expand upon these designs.
